日前，《智慧城市規(guī)劃多源數(shù)據(jù)集成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》經(jīng)過為期3個(gè)月的投票，截止2019年5月22日投票結(jié)束。獲得P成員16票贊成，0票反對(duì)，順利通過NP投票，正式立項(xiàng)。

　　《智慧城市規(guī)劃多源數(shù)據(jù)集成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（ISO37166Smart community infrastructures --Specification of multi-source urban data integration for smart city planning(SCP)）提案由中國（中國國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理委員會(huì)）組織發(fā)起，引入了我國智慧城市背景下的城市規(guī)劃、"多規(guī)合一"、頂層設(shè)計(jì)等核心理念，日本、韓國、英國、美國、加拿大、西班牙、印度等國專家認(rèn)為此項(xiàng)提案非常必要且可行，紛紛表示愿意積極參與到后續(xù)編制工作。

　　此項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為ISO/DIS37156（Smart community infrastructures -- Guidelines on Data Exchange and Sharing for Smart Community Infrastructures即智慧城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施數(shù)據(jù)交換與共享指南）的延續(xù)課題，旨在協(xié)調(diào)城市發(fā)展資源配置，優(yōu)化城市空間功能布局，促進(jìn)城市科學(xué)發(fā)展，通過智能城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施空間規(guī)劃數(shù)據(jù)集成，協(xié)助政府智慧決策，為智慧城市規(guī)劃、建設(shè)提供重要的指導(dǎo)。

　　該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)著重于來自城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)的多源數(shù)據(jù)的集成和應(yīng)用，例如，水，交通，能源和廢棄物等，以支持智慧城市規(guī)劃和頂層設(shè)計(jì)。

　　它通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化數(shù)據(jù)集成和共享機(jī)制構(gòu)建了一個(gè)涉及這些數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)框架，其中包括

　　-定義數(shù)據(jù)的精度，維度，同時(shí)提高數(shù)據(jù)收集，更新和存儲(chǔ)機(jī)制的要求

　　This specification focuses on the integration and application of multi-source data from urban infrastructure systems, e.g. water, transport, energy and waste etc., so as to support smart city planning and top-level design.

　　It builds a data framework that involves those data through standardized data integration and sharing mechanism, which include:

　　- defines the precision, dimension of the data, where at the same time raise the requirement on data collection, update, and storing mechanism

　　- defines the data model for data integration, make suggestions on data standardization and data fusion approaches for multi-source smart city infrastructure data for each involved data

　　- defines the data security level and sharable attributes for each involved data, establishes principles on data sharing/exchange.

　　ISO37156正式立項(xiàng)后，在ISO/TC268/SC1/AHG3基礎(chǔ)上成立國際工作組SC1/WG4，開展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制。為支撐這項(xiàng)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制工作，在國標(biāo)委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，ISO37156國內(nèi)對(duì)口工作組也將在原AHG3國內(nèi)工作組基礎(chǔ)上成立，召開國內(nèi)對(duì)口工作會(huì)議，進(jìn)一步招募參研單位、領(lǐng)域?qū)＜?、試點(diǎn)城市。
